Sensors & Instrumentation returns for a ninth year to provide an unrivalled platform for the newest innovations, latest knowledge and insights – bringing visitors face to face with new products and solutions from an array of exhibitors, interactive showcases, thought-provoking seminars and hands-on experiences.

The Sensors & Instrumentation seminar theatre will feature a variety of CPD-accredited presentations and programmes, with experts within their respective fields addressing all of the most pertinent industry matters.

Among those set to deliver their invaluable insights are Ocean Optics’ Henry Langston, who will discuss the benefits of spectroscopy technologies; Steve Leech of Siemens GB&I, who will speak on the challenges and opportunities of data in the process industries; and Sensor City’s Alison Mitchell, who will be explaining exactly how SMEs can use the Internet of Things to their best advantage.

Brand new for 2018 is the Engineering Workshop feature area, designed for engineers and users of instruments. Sponsored by industry giant Mouser Electronics, experts will be on hand to deliver a series of interactive and informative 30-minute workshops in fields ranging from laser measurement through to calibration.

Meanwhile, dedicated to the flow, level and control sector is the newly established FLC Zone. Showcasing the latest products and solutions from within this essential field, exhibitors will include the likes of PCT Flow, Bell Flow Systems and Sierra Instruments.

The always-popular Innovation Showcase will be back again for its fourth year, bringing to life the industry’s latest innovations via a special, centrally-located display area.
